Transfer HubSpot Certificates from Old (Defunct) Email Address

Hey HubSpot, 

Is it possible to transfer my previous HubSpot Certifications over from my previous work account to my new one? 

My old account has since been deactivated which I no longer have access to. 

Old HubSpot Email: samuel@digital22.com
New HubSpot Email: samuel.banks@prodo.com
