Transfer Certifications and Courses from Company Account to Personal Account

Dear Hubspot Team,

I took some certifications on Hubspot academy using my previous company email which has now been deleted. I would like to transfer the certifications to the personal email account.
I have the certificates' link in case and pdfs, can you please transfer these to me or enable these for me on my account in some way?
