I'm trying to transfer my certifications from s.roberts87@hotmail.co.uk to my new account stacey.roberts@esmgroup.com
For some reason I'm not receiving the confirmation email even though the website let me know that it has sent it. I've checked the spam folder too and it's not in there either.
I would like to inform you that I have successfully transferred the certificates to your new email address.

I have the same issue : I had my certification under another email address and want them moved into my new email address - I dont have anymore my ex job email address access but I have the certification number and code - is it possible to transfer them into my new account - tomlebonvivant@gmail.com - my ex job email address was tom@thirdwunder.com - I did the process of transfering them into the new account but nothing happened . (5 month ago)
