Transfer Certificates to new email

Hello Support Team,

 

I was a Hubspot user at my old company and had old certificates from my old work email account that got deactivated. I tried to see if I could move these on my own to my new company email with Hubspot but I do not see a way since I cannot access my old account or email. Would you be able to assist me in moving my certificates to my new email account with Hubspot?

Transfer Certificates to new email

Thanks for posting here @EBochniak - I've just transferred these over, which will take up to 15 minutes before any progress and certifications will show up in your newest email. 

Users can now transfer certifications themselves following the steps outlined in this documentation.
