Template was not created. An error occurred when creating that template. Please try again.
In Academy, Prospecting part 2, the practical exercise, I am trying to submit a template. When I do, the little check mark is checked and says this is a good email template or something similar. When I click send, I get this message:

An error occurred when creating that template. Please try again.
I have gotten this message more than once. I am not sure what I need to do in order to get this part completed. Can you please give me some guidance? Thank you
