Stuck with workbook practical exercise

I am an international student of MSc Public Relations doing the Content Marketing Certification course. So far I have done all the tutorials and now I am working on the Workbook practical exercise. My major challenge is that in my country I was working as a freelance PR consultant with no attachment to any company meaning I have no organisation with online/social media presence, now I am lost in some of the sections as it seems you need to have a running company website or blog. How, do I proceed. Or can I go to the test without completing the practical exercise.
