I'm in the process of completing the Sales Hub Software certification and I've encountered an issue that I need assistance with. For the "Book a Meeting Using the Meeting Rotations Tool" exercise, I am unable to "select a different host from the dropdown list" as I am the only user in the HubSpot Academy playground.
Is there a workaround for this?
I read thru the forum and it appears that the main roadblock for completing this exercise is a paid professional/enterprise seat, which I currently have, so this shouldn't be an issue.
If the workaround doesn't work for you, here are some things I may suggest confirming; 1.) You are provisioned a Sales or Service Pro or Enterprise seat 2.) You have a connected calendar 3.) You have meeting permissions
If you are still running into this issue, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support would be included in your subscription, and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter!
