The certifications are transferred between HubSpot user profiles or accounts that are associated with your email addresses. If you still have access to your HubSpot profile that is associated with your old email, please follow the steps described in this Knowledge base article. If you don't have a user profile associated with your new email address yet, you'd first need to create a new account or user profile (after you've been invited as a user to an existing account).
If you no longer have access to your HubSpot user profile that is associated with your old email, please send me a direct message via my Community profile with your old and new email addresses and I will initiate a transfer on the back end. Thank you!
