Results for HubSpot CMS for Developers II: Best Practices practicum not received yet

I've submitted my "HubSpot CMS for Developers II: Best Practices" practicum assessment on 29th November, and still awaiting results, which were advertised to be provided within seven days, or so it states.

The course page doesn't provide any further details and I'm unsure who to chase for updates. 

Any advice please?

To access and download your certificate, please navigate to the "My Profile" tab on the academy homepage. Once there, you should see an option to download your certificate directly. If you have any trouble locating it or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help!
