Hi there, my account had previously been deactivated due to inactivity - Now when I login to the Academy, I don't see the certifications I had previously passed. Am I able to restore those certifications or do I need to take them all over again...?

The certifications will be associated with your email address. Is there a different email address that you may have taken the certifications with?
What are the names of the certifications you took?
