I recently completed the HubSpot Sales Hub Software certification. My certificate currently shows the name “terry swans”, which is my nickname / account display name.
I need the certificate to reflect my full legal name: Terence Swanepoel
Could you please update my certification record and re-issue the certificate with this correct name, or advise me on the correct process to do so?

To update the name on your HubSpot certification, please follow these steps:
In your HubSpot account, click yourprofile picturein the top right corner, then clickProfile & Preferences. This opens your account settings.
Update yourFirst nameandLast namefields to your correct name, then clickSave.
Next, go to your HubSpot Academy dashboard and click theMy learningtab at the top.
In the left sidebar, selectCompletedto see your finished courses.
ClickView certificationto open your certificate—your new name should now appear. If it doesn't update immediately, wait a few minutes, then refresh the page.
