Request to change name in certificate

Hi HubSpot Academy team,
I’d like to correct the name on my SEO certification.
Current certificate name: Raghul n/a
Correct name: Raghul M G
HubSpot account email: [email]
My profile name is already updated, but the SEO certificate still shows the old name.
Could you please update this certificate to show the correct name?

For that you need to follow these steps: "How do I change the name displayed on a certification?" which it seems that you did.

So, I'd recommend to wait for a few minutes and then try using an incognito window, this should work.
