a few of my team are completing the Reporting Certificate but we can't seem to pass the Attribution Report exercise in the lesson "Measuring the ROI in HubSpot."
We followed the instructions as much as possible, but some of the instructions like "In the left panel, select Attribution" or "In the right panel, select the Contact create, Deal create, ..." doesn't match the UI. We tried several ways that seemed most plausible, but none of them has been accepted though I'm sure that 2 ways we tried should have let us pass the exercise.
We don't know how else to troubleshoot this and whether there's an issue with automatic evaluation or if we're going wrong somewhere. How can we proceed here?
Edit: I was required to choose a label but the dropdown doesn't offer anything relating to the Reporting Certification, so it's a wrong one.
Thanks for posting here, @LeaS - what type of HubSpot subscriptions do you have? I've put two screenshots below of what the UI looks like, but if you aren't seeing these, you might not have a subscription that allows for attribution reporting. If this is the case, I can get you a two-week trial for this so you and your team can complete this.
If you have the right subscription, are you seeing any messaging once you save the report and complete the exercise?

Hi @NicoleJ, thanks for getting back to me. We're on Enterprise and on our main portal I can't access Deal create or Revenue attribution but did have access to the Contact create report section and even clicked the exact same one highlighted in your screenshot. That was in fact the first one I tried. After the exercise not getting accepted, I tried a couple of the other suggested reports and then switched to our sandbox portal where I do have access to the other reports that are locked for me in the main portal. I went the route in your screenshot and tried several of the reports there (Contact create, Deal create, tried to save the pre-filled one without any changes, made some changes to the report settings before saving, used sample reports, exported it etc), and also went through the Custom Report Builder in both portals in case that changed anything. The other person who's doing the certificate tried similar things. We get the "Create a HubSpot Attribution Report submitted. It will be graded within 24 hours." and the day after the "So close" one.
