It sounds like your Marketing Software certification is not resolving in English. Is that right? If so,
HubSpot's certification courses match the language set in your account settings. To change the language of your certification to English, can you confirm your account is set to English before I regenerate the certificate.
Are you able to direct message me to confirm your HubID, associated email address and that this account setting is set to English?
Hi Elyse, yes I've been using HS academy in English and the only time I tested in other language was when I was taking the exam. I can confirm that my setting is currently in English, too.
