My account has previously been de-activated due to inactivity. I still have the email from last year about accomplishing my certification.
When I tried to log in, Hubspot Academy said I had no account, so I had to create it anew, and it no longer has my certificate.
Is there a way to restore that certificate?

Your certification should be associated with your email address, not a specific portal. If you create a new account with your email address, you should see the certificate.
Alternatively, if you would like your portal restored, can you please share your portal ID with me?

Well, I did create a new account with the same email address (otherwise I wouldn't be able to write this message) and I don't see the certificate anywhere. This says no course is completed: http://prntscr.com/lt9iso
Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place?
