Hi Nikolaj, 

Get in touch with HubSpot's EMEA Partner team in Dublin and they will walk you through the process. Their on-boarding for new partners is excellent and all your questions will be resolved very quickly. 

To become a certified partner you will need a HubSpot portal (Pro level) for your agency and you will need to pay for their on-boarding training. After that, you will need to complete the inbound, hubspot and partner certification exams that you will get access to through your portal. 

Every client that you signup to HubSpot will gain access to all certifications (except partner) also. 

HubSpot can be connected to many CRMs, but the level of intergration may vary. Salesfore has a native integration, Bedrock Data specialise in integrating NetSuite etc, and many other can have a basic connection via Zapier.
