I'm having the same problem accessing Academy videos. Started a few days ago and won't play any training video.
Was Edge that worked for a few weeks. ("You’re using Edge 91" https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/b/PYPKT)
Just tried Chrome and got the same issue. ("You’re using Chrome 91"
Speed test results looked good:
I have cleared my cache in both Edge and Chrome.

Mine seems to be working fine.
I have made sure to update my browser to the latest version and clear the cache.
Did everyone make sure to do those things?
