Problem sharing Hubspot certification on Upwork

Hi all - I am trying to share my hubspot certification on Upwork, but unlike the image you can see in Hubspots post about how to share the certification

I can't see the option to add this to Upwork. Teh live chat team have refused to help me so I''m kind of stuck. 

I've attached an image of what I can see below. It is the Inbound Sales certificaiton, which is compatible with UpWork so I'm not sure how to get it verified.

Can anyone help?

Thanks for reaching out! I appreciate you sharing this screenshot with us. From our documentation, Inbound Sales is not compatible with Upwork. Currently we can upload Inbound, but that would be a different certification than Inbound Sales 🙂
