Practical exercises stuck "In Progress"

SOLVE

I have completed the HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, but I'm getting a message that I haven't completed the practical exercises. I have done them all (some multiple times), but they remain stuck "In Progress". My email is awhatley@kaplanco.com. Please assist.
