Practical exercise issue

hello so I can't work on any of the practical exercises in contextual marketing certification, for example when I click on start exercise I get redirected to a page that says your landing page/your form ... account has been suspended.

I'm not sure why, but this happened for all the practical exercises in this cerification. hope you can helpe out.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm seeing your email address associated to two different accounts, can you clairfy which account you are using to complete the certification? Additionally, can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end?
