Practical Exercise not getting graded

SOLVE

Hi there,

 

I've completed the Hubspot Marketing Software course and passed the test, but the following exercise has yet to be graded and is preventing me from receiving certification. Could you please help me?

The typical grading timeline for the Buyer Person is typically 5-7 business days since it is manually graded. If you are still not seeing it graded after a week please reach out again and we can take a look into this.
