Practical Exercise not getting graded

I've completed the Hubspot Marketing Software course and passed the test, but the following exercise has yet to be graded and is preventing me from receiving certification and it has been over a month and still has not been graded:

Course: HubSpot Marketing Software

Ungraded Exercise: Create a buyer persona

Hi @shiva, 

Thanks for reaching out! I am seeing that the practical has not yet been started so grading was never triggered. You'll just want to navigate back into the exercise to click on "start"; Typically it can take 5-7 business days for the grading to occur, so if you send over a link to the persona you created we can expedite that grading for you.
