Practical Exercices not getting graded

I have completed the course and passed the test for the Hubspot Sales Sofware but the practical exercises I completed last week still haven't been grade despite.

Thanks for reaching out! I've taken a look at your certification and it seems that there are a few exercises that have been started but aren't showing a completion. We can take a deeper look into these with you 🙂

To further investigate, I just need a link to the deal created, the name of the sales template you've created and/or sent, and a screenshot of the saved filter you've created.
