Not Receiving the Transfer of Certifications Email
Hi! I have been trying to transfer my certifications from my personal gmail account to my new partner account email address. I have tried several times and followed the procedure laid out on the Knowledge Base but I am not getting the email that it says has been sent. This email is not in my spam either. Please could someone assist me in getting these certifications transferred. I still have access to my "old" personal account.
