Not Passing Practical Exercises

I have a handful of practical exercises under HubSpot Marketing Software and HubSpot CMS for Marketers that keep getting kicked back. I've tried a couple times already and keep getting the same result. There is no feedback; it just says "try giving it another shot".

I followed the instructions. Not sure why these are not passing. Could be a glitch?
