I have completed Inbound Marketing certification but the Share button on 'Upwork' is not available. Upwork says it is not possible to add the certification and verify manually without internal request from HubSpot using the add it to Upwork button. And, asked to contact HubSpot customer support regarding the issue.
Currently the new Inbound certification hasn't been verified by Upwork yet, and therefore the built in "add to UpWork" button isn't available yet. This is at Upwork's discretion. If there is no button for adding to Upwork, it hasn't been approved to be added by Upwork.
