No Account Error with Login

Hi there,

 

I am a Mass Comms Marketing student with the University of Florida.

 

I have completed sereral HubSpot courses that are required for my degree.

 

I recently, I received multiplemails alerts that my SEO certificate is expiring soon.

 

However, when I login, the page says I do not have any accounts.I have reset my password several times with the same result.

 

I know I have an account because I have completed certificates for class requirements and I am receiving emails that they are expiring soon.

 

I need acces to renew my certificates but your systemis not allowing my the ooportunity. 

 

I called and spoke with a sales agent that toldme to write this form.

 

I sincerely hope your team can resolve this issue quickly as my UF graduation dependson it.

Thank you for reaching out to the academy community page! I'm happy to help out with this. I can see that the SEO certification was completed a year ago under your email but when I search for avary.scott@gmail.com I am not finding an active account. Did you happen to delete the account recently?
