Need to transfer my HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification to a new account

Hello, I am looking to transfer my certifications to my new email address. i realized i put this in the marketing product cateogry instead of the Marketing Certification section, so i apologize for the duplication.  I earned the Inbound Certification and the Inbound Sales Certification through my joe.mulvihill@plattform.com account (Hub ID: 420073), and I would like these to be transitioned to my Mulvihill.joe@gmail.com account (Hub ID: 2948923).
