Need Someone to Review Sales Software Exam Results for Errors

Good afternoon, 

One of our sales reps recently failed the Sales Software Exam. When reviewing her responses, though, she spotted a few questions where it appears she answered correctly, but was told her answers were incorrect. 

Can I have someone review her exam and, if so, let me know the best way to do so.
