Name on certificate doesn't change after changing it on account

Hello, 

I recently completed the inbound marketing certification and it has been a very informative and enjoyable course.

Unfortunately when signing in, only my last name was filled in due to auto filling. I only realised it when I got the certificate.

I have changed the name on my account but the changes don't reflect on the certificate. 

Please let me know what my further course of action should be. 

Also, if this is not too much to ask, what further steps do you recommend for me as a beginner to pursue this field and possibly get a job.

Inbound Certificate. It works now. I thought you did something, but a day after I took the exam the name on the certificate changed. Thank you, though!

My name on the certificate is incorrect. I took Social Media Marketing for the second time just to edit the name on the certificate and yet it is still didnt change!!

I used a nickname absentmindedly when making a HubSpot account. I need my certificate to show my real name, Rela Joise Catucod.
