I'm having problems transfering my certifications to another email address. When prompted that I will receive a confirmation link to my new email account in the final stage of the process, that does not happen.
Is it possible to transfer my HubSpot certification to a new email address? I left my old company without transferring the certification and can no longer access the account (laura@dhm.agency) to follow these steps.

I followed your instructions and tried to transfer my certificate from my free account (TFCC) and my email (jorma.manninen@thaifin.org) to my HubSpot Starter Suite account (Aneo Software Oy) and to my email (jorma.manninen@aneo.fi), but I have not received any email to confirm the transfer and the spam folder is empty.
