My Team - Showing out of date classes

I love the my team feature as it alows me to see who has completed what cources quickly however I am seeing some cources that are 'out of date' i.e. you click into them and you cant take the course because its an old version. I sure I am not the only person. Would be grate if you could remove the classes that are out of date.

I looked into this further and there's no way to delete or "erase" the progress you have made on the Academy courses you have taken (i.e. we can't delete them from our "In Progress" under My Learning. I have passed this along to our internal team but hope this helps to clarify things in the meantime. Let me know if you have any questions on this!

If you'd like to message me the email addresses of the users associated with that account, I'm happy to take a closer look. If you're using an email address that has been used previously, any certifications will be tied to it, since they follow email addresses rather than HubSpot accounts.

@j_k_nash101 Once everyone at your agency that holds the outdated certification has their certification expire, the old certifications will drop off of the view.

 

If no one holds an active certification it will disappear - at least that's what I've noticed from accounts that don't have any of the old certifications.

That’s not the case. We are a new partner with 2 employees and none of us hold old certifications. At least not with these log in details.

@j_k_nash101 ah, interesting - in my free account without my certifications I can't see the old certifications (email marketing and inbound), I only see the new versions.

 

Maybe it's something being phased out for new accounts, like others I imagine they will fully disappear at some point (like the old Design cert pre-CMS).

 

When you export the team certifications, it's not much better - but at least they are side-by-side:
