My Certificate image is not loading

HI, I just finished the test for digital marketing certification and success in passing the test on october 6th GMT +7 time, however, my certificate is not loading until now. Please help or give me advice what should I do next? I already clear the browser cache, I already restart the browser, also I tried restarting my laptop. But still, the message is the same as the attached image.
