Hi, I'm having trouble getting my practical exercises graded. I have submitted the exercises on the certificate courses Service Hub Software and Hubspot Sales Software, but they are still being graded a week later. Is something wrong? It says it should be graded within 24 hours.
Typically our SLA for grading is 5 -7 days for our practical exercises. I understand that it has been exactly 7 days since you finished your certification, can you please direct message me with the e-mail address you used to take it?
Also, might be smart to update the courses since it spesifically states "under 24 hours". Or maybe just remove the promise, and say something more vague like "as soon as we can"
