I passed certification in 2017 but it's not in this account anymore. Could you help me restore it?

Thank you for reaching out to us! 

Every certification we offer has a unique validity period.  Once the certification has surpassed this timeframe the certification will no longer be available on your account. You would need to retake the Certification course once again to become certified.
