Missing Certificate

Hi HubSpot Community,

I recently completed the Inbound Marketing course, including the final exam in full, and scored 47/60. I even received an email confirmation immediately after completing the test. However, when I log in to my HubSpot Academy profile now, I can’t find the certificate under “My Learning” or the course page itself.

Strangely, it shows as if I haven’t taken the course at all and is prompting me to start over from the beginning. I’m not sure if this is a technical glitch or if something went wrong during the submission.

Could someone from the HubSpot team kindly help me retrieve my certificate or confirm my course completion status?

Hi @RViju! On the backend, I see you have a few videos and quizzes that are not completed in that course

  • What is the buyer's journey?
  • Developing the Buyer's Journey for Your Business
  • What's an example of a buyer's journey?
  • How do you create the buyer's journey for your business?

 

I recommend trying to sign into the Academy from an incognito window if you feel your progress is not reflected properly.
