My Marketing Software certificate (passed in Dec 2022) is no longer showing on my account. I have changed the email address on my account so this may be the issue. Can you please help?

If your HubSpot Marketing Software certificate was linked to an email address that is no longer associated with your account, you will need to contact HubSpot Support in order to have the certificate reinstated.
Please provide them with the details of your certificate, such as the date when you passed the exam with screenshot and the email address associated with it.
They will be able to help you with having the certificate reinstated on your account.
