Mini-Quiz unable to load, Cert unable to receive

Good day

 

My classmates and I, students from University of Stirling, have problem finishing the mini quiz under "Why is conversion optimization important to your inbound strategy?". After we completed the quiz, the system is unable to mark the mini-quiz as done. It is stuck at the loading screen and no matter how we reload and clear cache, the problem still exists. 

 

Apart from that, after we finished taking the Exam for Inbound Marketing Certificate (New) but we have not received the Certificate yet. Could it be related to the mini-quiz that was not marked as done?

 

Please assist.

Hi

 

Update: I managed to complete the entire Inbound Marketing Certificate (New) and complete the exam with 55/60.

 

However, no certificate is issued for the past 3 hours. Upon looking at the help centre, there are a few people facing the same issue. Kindly advice on this asap!
