I have started the Marketing Software Certification today. We have been told to check our account status and to inform the teachers trough the chat tool. Where can I find this tool or is this the right position?

Can you send along screenshots of what you are referring to? Is this a message that HubSpot is prompting with you? Any additional context you can send would be grealty appreciated.
