Issue with validating the Sales Hub training

Hello everyone,

I’m stuck at a step right after the final exam of the HubSpot Sales Hub training. Although I passed the exam with a score of 39/45, it states that I haven’t completed a practical exercise (creating a deal), and as it stands, the certification cannot be issued. I’ve tried redoing this practical exercise about ten times, but the result remains the same... Any ideas?
