Is HubSpot Admin Certification a Thing?

Hello all,

Might be total silly question – is becoming a certified HubSpot admin even a thing? 🤔

If it is, could someone enlighten me on the steps to take? 

Any guidance on this would be gold!

Hi @AbhiMehndiratta there isn't a dedicated admin certification (currently) available via HubSpot Academy.

When you login to your account, if you go to HubSpot Academy > My Team view, you can see all of the certifications available for you to take.

You can also view a public list of certifications available here - this doesn't include any partner certifications.

For HubSpot Admins, I recommend the following certifications:

1 - Inbound

2 - HubSpot Marketing Software

3 - HubSpot Sales Software

4 - HubSpot Service Software

5 - Reporting

With these as optional depending on your role and objectives for certification:

6 - CMS for Marketers (if using website or landing pages in HubSpot)

7 - Integrating with HubSpot (requires coding to pass the practicum, but reviewing the coursework is very helpful if you aren't a developer)

8 - Revenue Operations (this really depends on your role, but extremely helpful for admins to understand)

Thanks for posting, @AbhiMehndiratta! We have boot camps you can register for here: https://www.hubspot.com/academy/bootcamps/superadmin that might be what you're looking for? 

The particular bootcamp I linked is a good fit for a HubSpot user or Solution Partner that has access to two or more HubSpot hubs (marketing, sales, service, operations, or CMS) and has had a user setting of HubSpot Super admin for longer than six months for either internal use or for a client. Super Admins should know the names of the tools and where they are found.

Participants should have at least two certifications (either finished or in-progress) out of the following HubSpot Academy Certifications:

Marketing Software Certification
Sales Software Certification
Service Software Certification
CMS for Marketers Certification
CMS for Developers Certification
RevOps Certification 
HubSpot Reporting Certification Certification

The HubSpot Academy Super Admin Bootcamp is an intermediate level program. If you are new to HubSpot and looking for admin foundations, please start with the HubSpot Academy certifications recommended above.
