Inbound marketing certification issue

I recently did my Inbound Marketing certification with score 58/60 I can see my result in the portal and in email too. but I didn't get any certificate for same I have done catch clearing also pls take care of it fast.

What email address did you take the exam with? Can you send along a screenshot of the email you received as well?
