Inbound Marketing certification missing from my account

Hi,

I passed the Inbound Marketing certification exam (in french) on 27 April 2024, with a score of 59/60, using this email address: ramibenhadjslama@gmail.com.

I received a confirmation email from HubSpot that I passed, but in my account, under HubSpot Academy → My learning → My certifications, there is no Inbound Marketing certification showing at all (neither Active nor Expired).

Could someone please check on your end and:

  • Confirm that the certification is registered to this email, and
  • Attach or restore it to my current HubSpot user so it appears in my certifications list?

I can attach a screenshot of the confirmation email that shows my email address, the certification name, date, and score, or provide the “View certificate” link from the email if needed.

Hello APernell,

The course is not displayed in my academy, It is the inbound marketing course, and i sent you the 2 screenshots I have in my inbox gmail adress of the certification I validated, I reached out to you because I don't find anything in my hubspot account, so I do not get what screenshot you want exactly!!
