I am trying to complete the Inbound certification. I watched all the videos, took the quizzes and passed the exam. However, when it emailed me the breakdown of the exam it said i still have more steps to complete. It does not say what these steps are, and customer service was unhelpful. Can anyone tell me what the next steps are?
Are you still experiencing this issue? You should be able to see your certification by navigating to learning center>tracks>search for "inbound" and if it includes a link to download your certificate then you're all set!
