Inbound Certification Issue

SOLVE

Dears,

          Kindly I need your help, that I changed my account name more than 2 weeks ago but it did not reflect on my Inbound Certification till now.

After following a guide to change name for the certification and I have no estimated time for the changing ID 4100640 hope to solve it.

I followed your advice on twitter to try another browsers and PCS and after using many PCs and laptops but the problem still found
only what I need to change the name to "Ahmed Adel Ahmed" like Inbound Marketing

instead of "Ahmed Ahmed Adel" like Inbound Certification

Hope to solve this issue as soon as possible.
