I have completed 11 Academy Certifications over the last few months.
One thing I have noticed is that all reference Personas, the Buyers Journey and Ideal Client Profile but each course give a different slant or additional insight.
Many people find the whole area of personas etc (fundamental to the inbound approach) confusing so I think HubSpot should have a certification course dedicated to personas, Ideal Client and the Buyers Journey in one place and all other references in other courses should link to this course.
This would ensure a single message and consistency as well as making sure all user of HubSpot understand fully these fundamental building blocks. All new users of HubSpot should then be encouraged to take this course as well as the general inbound one.
