Hi @michaelutulu , 

Thanks for getting back to us. I can absolutely understand the frustration this must be causing. Our records show an attempt has been made daily for the past 5 days. I'd recommend clearing your cache/cookies if you are seeing an error when attempting to re-attempt. After clearing your cache/cookies,  you can reattempt the exam in another 6 hours.

I need help urgently

Thank you Ryanne for responding, but I haven't been able to retake the content marketing test for some days now, even when i try to make an attempt, they respond to me stating 

"So close.

You didn't make the grade this time.
Your score was 0/60. The required score to pass is 45/60." Even without them bringing any questions for me to answer. My last score was 33/60, How then could i have possibly gotten 0/60 if i attempted the questions again

Hi @michaelutulu ,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I see that the most recent attempt at this Content Marketing exam was 3 hours ago. Since an attempt was made, you will need to wait 12 hours before completing again.
