I lost access to my old accout, Could you send me the certificate?

Hi. I've completed Inbound Marketing and Inbound Sales courses as "bgl492@myy.haaga-helia.fi" account, but now I have lost access to the account.

 

I need those certificates in pdf files, so could you send them to "jazz4harrison@gmail.com" please?

I hope this finds you well. The issue here seems to be the old email address not the one you would like the certs transferred to.

 

Is it perhaps misspelled?

I'm not sure what went wrong, but if you cannot find any certification in that account could you please check these credential IDs instead?
