I didn't get to answer questions in the email marketing exam

Hello. I was about to do the exam for email marketing, but the instant I clicked start exam, it said the exam is over and score is 0/60. I waited 12 hours again and tried again, but I didn't even get to answer any questions, because it said the exam is over intstantly. Why does the exam finish in one second after I click start exam?

Thank you for your inquiry.

 

After these twelve hours have already elapsed, please make sure, before clicking the "retake" icon, ensure that you clear your browser's cookies and cache by selecting the "all time" option. If that does not work open the course page in an incognito window.

I tried both methods, but the exam still went off in an instant. It keeps saying time is up in a second even before I get to answer the first question.

Hi Senal,

  • Are you seeing this same behavior when you check this from a different browser?
  • Are you seeing the same behaviour when they check this in a private browsing window in a different browser (such as a Private browsing window in SafariIncognito in Chrome, or Private Browsing in Firefox)?
  • Are you seeing the same behaviour when you check this from a different network (such as a mobile network)?
  • Have there been any updates that were installed on your device or any changes to their network security since they first noticed this issue? If you are using a work device and have an IT person or team, you should be able to let them know if this is the case. If you are using AntiVirus software or a Firewall, this may also be a factor. 

Unfortunately, as this is not something that I can replicate, it is not possible to pinpoint exactly why this is happening for you, but if you confirm that this is the case after checking the above and trying again, then please record a new Loom, as well as a HAR file (instructions here) and include a Console log so that we can check this with the team to see if there is any insight that they can offer!
