Hubspot Sales Software - "Create a Deal" Exercise Issue

Hello, my team is new to Hubspot and is working through the Hubspot Sales Software Certification. Several of us have passed and been certified, but two members of our team show that the practical exercise "Create a deal" is not completed. They have completed the task but it doesn't update to show that.

Hey @KGideon ,

Thanks for following up! I see both practicals are "started" for these users -but it is not logging the actual completion of the deals. Can you please have these two users "resume the exercise" from within the lesson and create a test deal?
